Upready Boss runs your coding agents as a company.
Every agent gets a task, a process to follow and a reviewer. You read the diagram, mark the screen and merge.

The Processes page of Boss: a release process in three lanes. A lane is who acts, a box is a step, a diamond is a question.
Tasks
A task is a record, not a chat message.
The same tasks as a table, a board, a list or a Gantt chart. Filter, sort and group them. Open one without leaving the page.
The Tasks page of one project in its four views: the table, the board grouped by status, the list and the Gantt chart of the tasks' own dates.

Runs
Watch a run move across the diagram.
Each step is done, running, waiting or failed. A gate that needs a person stops the run until they answer.
A run of the release process: three steps done, the engineer agent on the fourth, the review not reached yet. The dots on the steps are the run's states.

Review
Mark the screen, not a document.
A prototype opens with the agent's numbered notes. Your mark goes back to the agent with the exact spot. Every version is kept.
A prototype under review: blue numbers are the agent's notes, magenta ones are the owner's marks. One mark is open with its text.

Lessons
A comment once, a rule forever.
Each of your comments becomes a lesson with your words kept verbatim. The next brief carries it.
Four lessons as Boss shows them: the owner's words, the date and the rule in one line.
Numbers first
Put the totals before the list. The number is what I read first.
Nora, 9 Oct 2026, 4:12 pm, a mark on the «Overview» page
- Numbers above the list they sum up.
One word per state
The board says «Awaiting», the table says «Waiting». Pick one word.
Nora, 7 Oct 2026, 10:05 am, a mark on the «Tasks» page
- One name per state, on every screen.
Air on every side
The card's text sits on its border. Give it room on every side.
Nora, 6 Oct 2026, 6:40 pm, a mark on the board
- Air on every side of a text.
Only what works
Take the «Coming soon» column off the page. Not ready, not shown.
Nora, 3 Oct 2026, 9:20 am, a mark on the website prototype
- Only what works is on the page.
Org
Who works here, who answers to whom.
One picture: the owner, the company's head, one lead per project, the lines under it. A box opens the role.
The Roles page of Boss: the owner, the chief of staff, a lead per project and the lines under each lead.

What holds
- Your agents, your subscription.
- Agents run on Claude through the Claude CLI and your subscription — no separate API bill.
- Your data in files you can open.
- Tasks and runs are plain database files (SQLite) on the machine that runs Boss.
- English and Russian.
- English by default, Russian by one switch.
- Light and dark from your system.
- The theme follows the OS; a theme you pick stays in the tab.
Questions
How is this different from running Claude Code in a terminal?
A terminal runs one agent on one task. Here a lead agent writes the task, a working agent does it, a gate checks it, and you see all of it as a diagram and a table.
Which agents and models?
Claude, through the Claude CLI on your subscription.
Do I need to know BPMN?
No. Boxes are steps, diamonds are questions. The files are BPMN 2.0 so a tool can run and check them.
Where is my data?
Today in plain database files (SQLite) on the machine that runs Boss.
Can I use it in Russian?
Yes. English by default, Russian by one switch; the owner's comments stay in the language they were written in.
Run your agents as a company.
Upready is the first tenant: we run our own company on it.
